Signage \ Concept \ Visual Identity

Beit Miriam is a home for gender equality located in the heart of Jaffa. The name, logo, and design aim to make the center accessible as a community home open to all.

The pictograms and interior signage are gender-inclusive, multilingual, and respectful. The icons are designed in a gestalt style, so that the shapes and the spaces between them complement the whole shape - similar to the way that Arabs and Jews live together in peace and harmony in Jaffa. The icons are placed in circular but asymmetrical shapes - containing, whole but not perfect.
